Ramen Noodle Chicken Alfredo

I absolutely love to cook. However being a college student and living on a budget makes it difficult sometimes when it comes to cooking or baking. Lately, I have been trying to make some new recipes using inexpensive ingredients. This recipe that I have demonstrated is called Ramen Noodle Chicken Alfredo. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Ingredients:

1 package precooked seasoned chicken (or a precooked chicken from the deli)
1-2 packages of Ramen Noodles (minus the seasoning packets)
1 16 oz. jar of Alfredo sauce (I used Four Cheese from Ragu)
1 Tbs. Olive oil (or vegetable oil)

What you will need.

Instructions:

1.  In a large skillet, brown precooked chicken with Olive oil or shred precooked chicken from the deli.

Add 1 Tbs. of Olive oil.

Brown precooked seasoned chicken.

2. Once the chicken is browned, pour in Alfredo sauce and mix well.

 Pour in Alfredo sauce

 Mix well

3. After the chicken and sauce is mixed together, boil two cups of water (depending on how much Ramen noodles you are using) in a medium sauce pan.

Boil two cups of water.

4. Once the water has boiled, pour Ramen noodles into water and cook for three minutes.

Pour in Ramen noodles.

Cook Ramen noodles for three minutes.

5. After the Ramen noodles are done, drain water.

6. Now you are ready to serve!

Enjoy!

Introduction

Hello everyone, my name is Amanda Del Toro. I am from a small town called Hoyt, KS which is just 15 minutes north of Topeka. Ever heard of it? Some of you may have. I am currently a junior at Washburn University and I am majoring in mass media with an emphasis in creative advertising. I am excited to start my journey through this blog that will be dedicated to cooking and baking all different types of recipes.

When I was little I never really liked cooking or even baking, however as I got older I started enjoying it more and wanted to know more on how to cook and bake. My desire with this blog is to show others that cooking, as well as baking, can be fun and easy. Not only that, but showing how you can cook different recipes while living on a budget. I know first hand that being a college student and living on a budget is not easy. With this in mind, I plan on going through every single step, with photos and videos, in how to make all different varieties of recipes that are inexpensive to make. The recipes will range from all levels of difficulties from main entrĂ©es, healthy foods, deserts, etc.

I am looking forward to this journey and sharing with you a variety of inexpensive recipes. If you are not a cook/baker, keep an open mind to all the possibilities and memories cooking/baking can bring to life. With that said, I will conclude with a picture that is an array of a wonderful, appetizing and delicious looking meal.
